Our Story:
Abby and Kevin, together with their two young children who were 6 and 8 years old, moved to Florida from Washington in August 2021 to start their exciting new journey. W&C Farmstay was founded with a passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create a unique and memorable experience for each and every guest. Our journey began with a vision to redefine the concept of accommodation, going beyond mere beds and walls to offer an immersive and personalized stay. We believe that every traveler deserves more than just a place to sleep; they deserve a haven where they can truly relax, rejuvenate, and make lasting memories.
Our Estate:

The Main house:
As you arrive at the modern and updated spacious 5,700+ square foot farmhouse style estate, you’re immediately captivated by the charm and serenity of the surroundings. Upon stepping inside, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly blends comfort and rustic elegance. The interior is tastefully decorated with a combination of farmhouse-inspired elements, creating a cozy and welcoming ambiance. Fall in love with the beautiful architectural details, the warm and inviting ambiance, and the effortless flow between rooms, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The first floor features a grand living room equipped with a brick fireplace, large kitchen and dining room with ample seating to accommodate large groups, huge master bedroom with a very comfortable king-sized bed, queen guest room with its own bathroom, half bath, and two enclosed Florida rooms with foolstable, ping pong tables and extra dining/seating area. Upstairs, you will find a king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a room great for the young guest with two twin beds (one with protective railing), 2 full bathrooms, and 2 extra big bonus rooms that will have additional 6 queen beds total. We also have 2 extra air mattresses in case you need them.
The Barn:
If you’re looking for a special venue for your celebration, a barn can be a charming and unique choice. Barns offer rustic and picturesque settings that can create a memorable atmosphere for your event. Whether it’s a wedding, anniversary, birthday, or any other special occasion, a barn provides a versatile space to accommodate your needs.

When you stay here, you experience country living and convenience. Publix is about 5 minutes away and other major shopping centers and restaurants are close by. Just 3 minutes from major highway 417, you will be able to travel Florida with ease. Downtown Orlando is about 20 minutes away and only 25
minutes from the airport. The theme parks are approximately 30 minutes away. If you enjoy the beach, iconic Cocoa and Daytona Beach are a short hour drive. If you are visiting for college, UCF, Full Sail, Rollins, and Valencia are all less than 30 minutes away.
This farmstay in the heart of central Florida offers a unique escape from the bustle of everyday life.
